This constant need for improving ourselves, modification of our own bodies raises important questions. Why this constant need of controlling something and trying to always achieve a 'better' self?

In a westernized world where men with a strong physic are prayed why is there men who wants to be perceived as week or fragile? Why is there man dealing with eating disorders when they don't have the same media pressure for body control as women have?

"Social construction theorists have noted that those boys who do not became involved in "masculine" sports can be marginalized from their peers (Whitson, 1990) "[1] Some argue that they can come from this constant need for competition and being in control of something as way of showing power over an aspect that a lot of people do not have control over.

From the moment I am in control of my own body, body written as a group of living cells, this making my being to exist as a living ecosystem, doesn't that make me a curator/ God? God as  meaning , to be in power / to control/ or, create something alive? What is the meaning of the word God? Is it considered design the alteration of our own body?

Using digital material as a way to reduce financial expenses and "physical" materials. Giving us the possibility to create new things that to reach in the physical world would be difficult.
